My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic. The room was spacious, warm at night, clean, and had a lovely jacuzzi tub. Being towards the back provided extra privacy, and the huge bathroom was incredibly comfortable. The service was impeccable, with the staff being friendly and extremely helpful. The location was perfect for exploring all the main attractions in Pigeon Forge, making it a great place to stay. The dining experience was satisfying, although I wish there were more fresh fruit options. The facilities were top-notch, especially the dry cleaning service.

The hotel had a romantic and relaxing ambiance, creating a comfortable stay but service could be slow at times. The location is close to attractions and boasts beautiful sunset views, although undergoing renovations. The dining was pleasant with a nice variety but could offer more options for special dietary needs.

Upon arrival, I found the room to be located right next to the elevator and ice machine, which wasn't ideal. The exposed pipes, lack of power in the bathroom on the first day, a simple hole instead of a closet, and the disappointing view didn't leave the best first impression. However, the service was truly fantastic, with extremely kind and helpful staff throughout. The location, with its close proximity to everything we wanted to do and stunning sunset views from our room, was a major plus. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some improvements since the last visit but still room for growth.

Rooms

My room was right in the middle, near the elevator and ice machine, which wasn't the most convenient setup. The exposed pipes and lack of power in the bathroom on the first day were a bit of a letdown. Additionally, the closet was just a hole in the wall, and the view wasn't anything to write home about.
Service

The service here was truly fantastic. Every staff member I encountered was extremely kind and helpful, making my stay much more enjoyable.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was a major highlight, being close to everything we wanted to do and offering beautiful sunset views from our room. However, the overall upkeep of the area could use some attention to match the stunning views.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience had its moments. While the food had improved since my last visit, some aspects, like having processed food brought in already cooked, were a bit disappointing.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities here were decent overall, with some room for improvement in terms of maintenance and detailing to enhance the guest experience.
